OUR PROCESS

 

01. Consultation

No two stationery suites are alike, so the first step in our process is to schedule a complimentary consultation so we can discuss your project in detail and collect all of the information we’ll need for your pricing estimate.

 

03. The Nitty Gritty

Who’s hosting? Whose middle name should be included where? … and how do I tell them to leave their kids at home? We have you covered. We’ll provide wording samples, address templates, and most importantly - advice on how to address the envelope going to your uncle who’s a doctor, his wife who chose to keep her maiden name, and their live-in son-in-law.

02. Proposal

Once you’ve received your custom estimate, we’ll work together to finesse the order to perfectly fit your vision and budget. When you’re ready to move forward, we ask for a 50% deposit to reserve a spot in our design queue and get started on all the fun…

 

04. Design Process

Sit back and relax while we sketch, paint, draw, shop for fabric swatches, test materials, and pour over all the design details for your first round of proofs. Next, it’s your turn to mix and match, poll your bridesmaids, and let us know exactly what you’re loving for the next round. For custom clients, we offer unlimited rounds of refinement until everything is exactly perfect!

 

05. Printing + Production

Once your proofs are approved, we’ll move your order to print and will be in touch as soon as it is ready to ship or be picked up from our Gaithersburg studio. Turnaround time varies for each suite, but the production timeline will take anywhere from 10-16 business days.

 

06. Mailing

Unless otherwise discussed, your order will arrive to you with all pieces packaged separately, ready for you to stuff, seal, and mail to guests! We’re happy to offer assembly and mailing services for an additional fee.
