Graphic Design Intern
Summer 2019, Fall 2019, Winter 2019
preferred skills and experience:
Completed coursework in Graphic Design and/or Illustration, or relevant experience
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
A passion for luxury paper goods, an extreme attention to detail, and an eye for design
Knowledge of Squarespace customization and content creation a plus, but not required
Ability to manage tasks, schedule and workload effectively
Strong organizational skills
what you’ll be doing:
Assisting Graphic Designer and Creative Director with daily tasks and projects
Creating custom artwork, patterns, and illustrations
Collaborating with creative team to develop innovative concepts for luxury stationery suites
Assisting production team with assembly and outgoing orders when necessary
This is an unpaid internship requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week in our Gaithersburg studio. Exact hours and schedules are flexible and may vary week-to-week. We are happy to complete any required paperwork to grant college course credit.
